Exhibitor info

A link to the Sidestep event app will be send on Friday 19 September so you can upload your organisation’s logo, profile and any marketing material. Completion only takes a few minutes. 

Please note the company name listed in the app. This will be used for your exhibitor stand signage.

a) Exhibitor bump in commences on Thursday 13 November at 10:00am. Your display stand must be ready by 11:50am. Doors open to the public at 12:00pm.

b) Please notify Sidestep team if deliveries are required outside of exhibitor move-in times.  A Delivery notice must be attached to each unaccompanied delivery. Delivery notices and instructions for loading dock access can be found here. Address to:

Our professionally installed shell scheme stands are ready for you to walk in and brand. Your package includes walling, your company fascia nameboard, lights, 2 power outlets, carpet floor-coverings (standard inclusions) and furniture.

Select the stand size best for you to achieve your business goals and a quote will be sent to you with your floor location.

Public Liability Insurance

It is a condition of your participation in the Sidestep Careers Expo 2025 ("the Event") that your organisation ("the Client") demonstrates to Keen2connect it holds an insurance policy which includes Product and Public Liability cover with a minimum of $10 million. The cover must respond to any claim against damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of your exhibition stand ("the Stand") be valid for the period ending no sooner than midnight on 14 November 2025.

To comply with this, your organisation must provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency for its insurance policy evidencing the minimum coverage of $10 million per claim. The Certificate of Currency must be received by Keen2connect no later than 7 November 2025 and be valid until the period ending at midnight on 14 November 2025.

Advanced Parking

The City of Perth manages and operates the 24-hour Convention Centre Car Park under an exclusive arrangement with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Keen2connect acts as an intermediary to manage the process of reserving parking bays as a service to our exhibitors. We recognise the inconvenience and delays caused if exhibitors are unable to secure a parking bay during expo days especially on busy weekday peak periods. However we are required to adhere to certain conditions to make this offering available.

A reserved parking pass is $50.00 per bay, per day You are not obliged to book in advance however availability is subject to demand and is dependent on venue and city-wide activity.

Due to the popularity of this centrally located carpark we offer the option to guarantee your spot(s). We note from past events this parking station fills quickly particularly mid-week. To guarantee parking we kindly ask you to note the following conditions:

  • Complete this form, carefully selecting the number of bays per day. Submit your order no later than Friday 3 October 2025
  • An invoice will follow upon order receipt and payment is remitted no later than Wednesday 8 October 2025
  • Once Keen2Connect confirm the number of bays required with PCEC on Monday 13 October 2025, changes, cancellation or refunds cannot be accommodated.
  • Parking passes will only be available for collection from our reception desk outside Pavilion 2 during exhibitor move-in between 10.00am – 12.00pm on Thursday 13 November, please collect your passes prior to parking your vehicle.
  • Your reservation guarantees the availability of parking bay(s) on a per day basis for the days booked, anywhere in the parking station. No specific bay(s) locations are allocated.
  • Parking passes permits one-time entry, per day.
  • City of Perth Convention Centre parking reserves the right to change prices with 60 days' notice. Pricing remains fixed once ordered and paid for.
  • After collecting your passes, entry to the car park is from Mounts Bay Road opposite Mill Street.


    • Please note, strictly no further extension on parking orders after cut-off dates. If this deadline has passed, parking will only be available on a subject to availability basis on the day.
